Perfect for its intended use.
Cut through the board fast and with ease. Also worked great for a minor molding
(or moulding...) replacement/repair.
Read the description and know you have (or are buying) the attachment (and tool;) needed.
The Dremel tools have many great uses for hobbies and small projects around the house.
(NOT intended as a construction all-in-one tool or to replace a circularsaw or a bandsaw...)
When you know it's intended use (after reading some reviews related to the tool and its
attachments I don't think this point can be repeated to often!) you're mainly limited by the
number and variety of attachments on hand.
Great if set up as part of a well organized workstation,and with a portable box/tote nearby
you'll make it easy to grab the tool and the parts needed for small projects around the house
or garage. If you leave a heavy duty extention-cord as well as a multi-bit screwdriver permanently
in the box/tote,you'll probably save yourself a to-and-from trip or two which will make the fix/repair
faster and more enjoyable. I have used my Dremel to install slate tiling,countertops,molding,doors
and hardware,for heavy-duty aviary panels etc.

To counteract the other review, this item works great if you know what you are getting with it. The mini saw attachment on the dremel is a fabulous little tool for certain projects - I used mine for cutting pegboard right off the wall when I decided to reduce the size. These things slice right through it with a great cut and the line was pretty straight even just free handing. I'm not sure on the durability of these blades yet, but when you need to cut small items or in cramped spaced these fit the bill.

I purchased the product... but since there was no mention of needing a seperate shank to mount blade, something I assume you have to purchise seperatly since there was no shank in package and no mention of same on product page... It has turned out to be completely useless.
