This is a good Rotary tool I'm happy with it and the price was a factor and it is as good as Dremel. I've had a Dremel brand it was a lot more expensive but worked no better then the Black and Decker model. I'm very pleased with it and I saved money too.

Okay well i've been a computer and xbox 360 modder for about 2 years almost and wow i must say ive used alot of rotary tools in the past and this is KICK ASS!!! Better then the brand dremal this thing with a diamond cutting disk was ripping threw the steel of my case and is a wonderful thing!!! almost complant no extra size attatchments....had to but a wider post so use my buffer wheel on but hey for like 40 bucks its a steal!!!

The product itself is fine however the photo and the advertisement of multiple accessories was misleading. The 20 plus accesories were only multiple sanding discs however you were lead to believe they were additional bits. As for the carrying case, as you can see from the photo and what you got were totally different. What you see on the photo is a carrycase that folded, what I got was a vinyl pouch.

This tool was purchased to replace a Dremel which always ran hot until the motor finally burned out. Although this tool comes in a bag not the case as shown the tool itself is dynamite. There are 3 fixed speed settings adequate for most tasks. By comparison the B&D is much quieter and also seems to have more power even at the slowest speed. Bits and collets are interchangeable with Dremel. The chuck can be tightened by hand or with a wrench. The only real negative is placement of the spindle/motor lock, just in front of the power switch.
In short, a good tool at a good price!

I have not had a chance to really use it yet. I purchased it on the suggestion of my teacher for a jewelry class I will be taking Feb. 27 and 28. In fact I have not gotten the accessories that I will need for the class. If I like using this rotary
tool I plan to either get the Flex shaft attachment or purchase a Foredom Flex shaft.
This however, seams like a good inexpensive way to see if I like using a tool or if I prefer doing everything by hand.
